Proposal:

Organizing Halo and Mechassault Xbox Gaming Events, Tournaments for General Public, Clans, Xbox Meetup Members in the portland and surrounding areas.

When regular events have 3-6 month History then advance to National and World Online Events using XboxLive or XbConnect as a tunnel service for Online play with other Organized clans Clans and teams. Entry fees collected would help support prizes up to $350.00 with the remaining going to the venue for costs and related expenditures to hold tourneys and events.

Sponsors will provide 2nd Place prizes up to $15.00 per person to include, gift certificates, Xbox Gear, Discounts, and othe promotional items. All Enrty fees will be non refundable and in the case of a 1st round no-show of a team or player, a standby list will be maintained and players registered for standby will assume the absent teams or persons slot in event when all fees to enter the contest have been paid by standby member.

Open Administration Positions (Volunteer)

Tourney Marshal (4 Positions ) Readies team for play and announces start of match. Oversees Actual Gameplay in room and records score at end of match for admission Tourney Organizers for validation and recordning of match outcome and team advancement.

Scorekeeper (1 Position ) Takes score from Marshals and enters on Leaderboard
Tunnel Services available for Future Nation-Wide and World Online Halo, Halo2, Mechassault and Ghost Recon Events
