This is a current draft based on real cost and accrued expenses for completion of X-Arcadia online gaming center and cafe. Cost may vary due to real estate lease prices, fluctuations in gaming indusrty and associated costs for licensing and merchandizing. Total turn key budget is based on funds needed to complete. Expendetures are related to X-Arcadia and eventual launch and does not soley partially support its officers. Budget Funds are applied to actual costs of materials, equipment and all other details listed above. Anyone wishing to donate larger percentages may be eligible for share partnering or another form of compensation to be determined by donatee and X-Arcadia officer. All inquiries for percentage investment should be directed to Mark Kuchenbecker at XboxNow.com. Any donatee of $500.00 or more is eligible for lifetime membership at any future X-Arcade. All eligible donatees will receive a budget summary at end of each fiscal year. Anyone wishing to assume up to 1/2 interest must meet certain eligibilty requrement before submitting proposal. Some tax benefits may be available. Refer to your tax consultant for information about donations, non-profit organizations. All monies donated are non refundable in any form unless prior contract negotiated with X-Arcadia Officer. Excluded are any donations of 250.00 or smaller. Record or receipt of donation will be provided by the pay-pal serice and a record can be requested from XboxNow.com for tax related purposes.
